This site is devoted to the thoughts and practices of adults who are interested in the many facets of  "spanking".

In a sense, there are as many responses to "spanking" as there are individuals unusually drawn to it.   The many different approaches to "spanking" involve at least some of these elements:

1. a need to revisit vivid childhood experiences

2. a need to experience power exchange (dominance and submissiveness)

3. erotic (but not necessarily sexual) feelings which are part of

4. adult play

The bottom line here being the most important because of the inherent right of adults to engage in recreational activities of their choice.  I am not aware of any Biblical injunctions against it.  Indeed, in the Middle Ages, at the time of the Plagues (there were several Plagues), Flagellant sects arose within the Catholic Church which practiced mortification of the flesh as an act of atonement and in spiritual search.

 There are as many favorite scenarios and choice of methods for this practice as there are individuals, but at some point all the preliminaries are done, and the time comes to give or receive stinging stimuli that result in aesthetically pleasing reddening, and erotically pleasing swelling, of the  gluteal areas of the adult body.  Or, in short, our many differences become fewer when...  Asses Are Red
